HighLight glass construction as restaurant
For garden centre Dunbar we have built a restaurant next to the existing garden centre. In the UK owners of a garden centre know that having a restaurant your customers tend to stay longer and come frequently. That is the main reason that the staff of Dunbar wanted a restaurant as well.
The reason for a HighLight was because of its botanical look and it makes it a part of the garden centre. With a maximum height of 9 meters you create a lot of space and ease, even when the restaurant is full. We realised the whole project with insulated glass to make sure that the temperature could be adjustable.
