Congress IGCA of 2022 in the Netherlands

After two years of absence, entrepreneurs in the garden industry can finally meet again at the IGCA 2022 Congress in Amsterdam. Nearly 200 garden center owners have already registered to participate in the conference, which starts on Sunday 28 August and ends on Friday evening 2 September.
Unique experience for garden centres
IGCA is an annual conference for garden centers focused on inspiration, education and entertainment. Retailers from all over the world come together to discuss ideas and challenges. Every entrepreneur, large and small, learns and shares during the congress what makes it a unique experience. There are still a few weeks left to register for the conference.
Visit 10 interesting garden centres
During the IGCA Congress, 10 garden centres in the Netherlands will be visited. This includes large garden centres such as Intratuin Barneveld, new shops such as Tuincentrum Abbing and garden centers focused on plants such as Plantencentrum Velden. This mix ensures that everyone can find ideas and tips that can be applied in their own company.
Growers & suppliers
In addition to the garden centers that will be visited, the IGCA will also travel to a few breeders and suppliers. On Tuesdays there is dinner at Schoneveld Breeding, a breeder of Cyclamen, Primula and Ranunculus. The ELHO factory in Tilburg is also visited. ELHO has invested a lot in sustainability and will give a presentation about how they have achieved this.
